Use and validity
Gift cards can be redeemed for any product available on this website. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

Delivery
All gift cards are delivered digitally by email and contain a unique code to apply at checkout. No physical card will be shipped.

Expiration
Gift cards are valid indefinitely and do not expire.
(Note: For customers outside Québec, the recommended usage period is five years from purchase.)

Fees
No activation fees, service fees, or inactivity fees apply to gift cards, regardless of where you live.

Partial use
If the total of your order is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay available for future purchases until fully used.

Refunds and replacements
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or deleted. Please treat them like cash.

Business closure
In the unlikely event that this website or business ceases operations, any outstanding gift card balances will no longer be redeemable. Customers are encouraged to use their gift cards within a reasonable time.
