💡 Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your light painting tools! Each kit is carefully hand-assembled with precision and care. If something’s not right, we're here to help.

🛠️ Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all components included in the kit.
Please contact us first at admin@lightpainting.store with your order number and a description (photos if there's an issue).
Once approved, we’ll offer:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement if stock is available, or
- Store credit, if preferred.

🧰 Custom & Assembled Kits

All our kits are assembled by hand, and most contain multiple parts. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
Due to the nature of the products, partially used kits or custom modifications are not eligible for return.

🌍 International Orders

We ship worldwide!
However, please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We are not liable for delays due to customs or your local postal service.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier.
- For lost or damaged items during shipping, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund, replacement, or partial credit depending on the situation.

🚚 Return Shipping

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged: We’ll cover the return shipping.
For all other returns: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid issues with lost returns.
