Here's my second favorite flashlight these days (my top one is the
Nitecore P10v2, but this one has some advantages depending what you're doing)
Good for:
- Tube light-painting (yes, it fits!)
- The blue hour (my actual brightest flashlight)
- Studio work (the TRC1 pressure switch is the best on the market)
- Avoiding flickering (smoooooth!)
- Constant strobe (as long as you hold the strobe button)
- Equally spaced stripes (same as the Olight m1x striker, as explained here: https://youtu.be/n6Bfk5yZX7g )
- Instant access to continuous and strobe (two buttons)
- Short streaks of light (sticks to "on" after 2 seconds holding the button)
Not so good for:
- Late night work (no direct access to low power mode, no memory mode, no dimmer)
- Use without the pressure switch (strobe is non constant if you release the button)
